Fees
Safe and Sound Protocol
All clients complete an initial 3 hour (3 zoom sessions) assessment (cost $300.00). You will complete standardised evaluations and start to learn how your nervous system functions. Depending upon your readiness, you will begin to listen to a SSP playlist. You are also able to decide if the SSP is for you and if you wish to proceed, you will choose which of the following SSP packages is the best for you.
SSP Packages
All of the packages include access to the SSP app and playlist (valued at $20.00 per month) as well as ongoing email/text contact with Claudia. You will be taught self regulation techniques and how to establish healthy personal care routines. This supports the SSP process.
5 one hour zoom sessions over 2 months $1,000.00
10 one hour sessions over 4 months $1,800.00
Add ons
3 more sessions over 2 months $500.00
Family/caregiver - 3 solo sessions for education and support $400.00 (does not include access to the playlists)
The fine print:
During the 3 session assessment process, each session will be invoiced upon completion. Payment is required before the next scheduled session.
Once a package is selected, 50% of the full price is to be paid before commencement. Halfway through the package (ie after session 2 or session 5) the balance is due. Payment is required before the commencement of the 3 session add ons.
Payment can only be made by e-transfer. All prices are presented in CDN dollars.
Necessary Technology
A smart phone with reliable wifi access
'Around the ear/on the skull' headphones without noise cancelling or base enhancement functions (or at least have controls to turn these features off). No earbuds.
Able to attend zoom calls on a tablet,
laptop or PC (not a phone)
General occupational therapy services $150.00 per hour
Veterans Affairs Canada/RCMP clients are billed directly to Medavie Blue Cross
I offer special discount rates to First Nations/Metis/Inuit peoples and those with uncertain housing
